Hi, I’m Pattie and I run wanderagogo. It’s my goal to build the most definitive UK travel blog on the internet, and I’d love for you to be a part of it.

I am making wanderagogo OPEN FOR SUBMISSIONS.

We will be accepting submissions for blog posts related to any aspect of UK travel. This includes things like:

  • Insider guides. If you’re from a certain town, city, or area in the UK, you can give us info that outsiders may not know.
  • Advice for travellers from a certain country. If you’re travelled from abroad, let people from your home country know what they need to for their visit.
  • Reviews and reccomendations for certain attractions.

We are particularly interested in posts regarding:

  • Historical tourism – castles, hillforts etc.
  • Literary, film and TV tourism – filming locations, locations linked to books etc.
  • Outdoorsy posts – hiking, camping, adventure activities etc.

But really, ANYTHING GOES and please feel free to submit a post about anything that catches your fancy – as long as it’s to do with UK travel and tourism.

What you need to know about writing for us:

  1. We only accept submissions for posts that are 500+ words. The longer your post is, the more chance you have of it being published on our website
  2. As a new blog, we are currently unable to pay you for your submissions. These submissions are submitted on a voluntary basis. However, if we like your work, we may be able to offer paid work in future as the blog grows.
  3. Any topic goes, as long as it’s to do with UK travel and tourism.
